Institute of Psychosocial Development (Ι.Ψ.Α.) participates as partner in the Erasmus+ Program “PSYCH UP: Improving support for the people affected by psychological disorders during their training path”. The general goal of the project is to allow trainers to better take into account people affected by psychosocial disorders in order to ensure their full inclusion into the VET learning process and to avoid any possible dropout because of lack of non-adaptive learning strategies have been applied. In addition, some of the main aims of project are to provide vocational training staff with the necessary basic knowledge in order to feel more confident when facing trainees affected by psychological disorders/disability, to provide these professionals with solid references both theoretical and practical with a view to rethink their training strategies and make them more adapted to people with psychosocial disorders. Moreover, to engage a constructive dialogue with relevant stakeholders and create a function profile of the psychological disability referent.
